Rates:

$140 - $160 per therapy hour

Some sliding scale options are available in limited number

Insurance Options:

Out-of-network status with all insurance companies.  A superbill will be provided if you wish to use your out-of-network benefits.
 

Payment Options:

Cash, check, HSA cards, and all major credit cards
